2018 McLaren 570GT — M838TE Engine Replacement

What started as a routine service appointment turned into a full M838TE engine replacement. The 570GT's 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-plane crank V8 — mounted in a rear-mid-engine configuration — was pulled and replaced while the car was in our care. With the engine out, the owner took the opportunity to add a full exhaust and downpipe upgrade paired with a custom multi-map ECU calibration to take full advantage of the new hardware.

1993 Toyota Supra MkIV — Full Engine & Drivetrain Build

A ground-up A80 Supra build executed to the highest standard. The 2JZ block and head were fully machined and assembled by Roche Racing with a street port, 40-over CP pistons at 9.5:1 compression, Carrillo HD rods, billet mains, Kelford T-202D cams, and GSC beehive springs and retainers. New OEM valves, guides, and stem seals throughout. Power is fed through an HPT 6870 turbo, JM Fab exhaust manifold, ETS 5" intercooler kit, PHR intake, and ID1600X injectors on a PHR fuel rail with a Radium dual-pump hanger running twin Walbro 255s and a Walbro FPR. The entire package is managed by a MoTeC M1 with LTC and BTI CAN gauge. The drivetrain is equally sorted — OS Giken diff, PHR driveshaft, PHR solid diff mounts, and an OSG triple-plate clutch with Tilton master cylinder and hydraulic release bearing. Sitting on SSR MS1s: 18x9" 44mm HP disk face up front with 245/40/18 Toyo R888s, and 18x10" 37mm SL disk face (maximum lip) out back with 275/35/18 R888s — all clearing the big brake kit. Tein Street Advance coilovers complete the package.
